Our representative will answer your questions on our capabilities, prepare a quotation, and setup a bottle order for you. You will need to supply your billing address and your report-to address. Our standard terms are net 30 days from the invoice date.

Belmont Labs courier service spans Ohio, Indiana, Western Pennsylvania, Northern Kentucky, and Northern West Virginia and is free of charge for orders over > $2500.00.

Overnight Fedex Ground service is available within the red zone for order under < $2500.00 for a nominal fee.

Overnight FedEx Priority service is available for the areas outside the red zone and is free of charge for orders over > $5000.00.
