Our representative will answer your questions on our capabilities, prepare a quotation, and setup a bottle order for you. You will need to supply your billing address and your report-to address. Our standard terms are net 30 days from the invoice date.

Belmont Labs is committed to exceptional quality in all phases of our operations. Our primary goal is to provide analytical testing services of the highest quality. To that end, we maintain our Quality Assurance Program to meet the analytical and documentation requirements for regulatory and legal scrutiny.

The QA Program is administered by a full time Quality Assurance Manager who works in conjunction with all levels of management. To ensure that corrective actions are taken immediately, the QA Manager reports directly to the President and has no direct supervisory responsibility for the generation of analytical data.

Belmont Labs participates bi-annually in the NELAC, DOD, ISO 17025, Ohio Voluntary Action Program (VAP), Water Supply (WS), and the Water Pollution (WP) proficiency programs in support of remediation, drinking water and wastewater analyses. Each program provides test samples semi-annually and sends performance results back to the laboratories. Belmont Labs has a history of receiving excellent performance results. These reports are on record and available for review by our clients and prospective clients.
